Replacement Dwelling, Blakeney

Set within the heart of Blakeney off the High Street, the client wanted to replace a 3-bedroom bungalow with a new 5-bedroom family house that would provide high standards of thermal efficiency and technology, whilst future proofing for ever changing living standards.

The narrow frontage proved a challenge with the result being a main elevation in traditional brick and flint with traditional red pantiles. The rear elevation whilst also using brick and flint had a modern twist of a single-storey zinc roof. The rear of the house leads onto a terrace overlooking a large, landscaped garden.
